Some say Palin shouldn’t get tainted by the Senate. Well, I don’t think she’d get very tainted. Except to the extent she would cast a lot of conservative votes on hot-button social issues, which governors usually don’t have to deal with, which is partly why governors have an easier time of winning presidential elections.
